Twilight Hate to Love it

Twilight we eat it up like ambrosia the food of the gods. We need it to fill that void in our souls with romance and undying love because that is just as mythical as Edward being a vampire. You can hate all you want on Twilight but it is pure genius. There is no way a female could not love it. It has the perfect balance of what every women wants the dark and mysterious bad boy who has the unbelievable ability of unconditional love and knack for romance. We need that because in real life that doesn't exist . If you find that beautiful dark and mysterious bad boy your in for a lifetime of heartache and if you find the man of romance and unconditional love I'm sorry but he's batting for the other team. So here I am hating that I love it. Yup I'm even waiting in line with all the other love starved fans. I can't wait till part 2 comes out so I can feed the love sick monster. But why do men hate Twilight so much well simple it makes there lives more difficult. There Girlfriends/Wives see twilight and then they turn to there significant other and say " why can't you love me like that" "why can't you be that romantic" and there only argument is to yell at us that  it's just a movie we're being ridiculous but are we? I have to thank Stephanie Myers and all the other writers that remind us hey it used to be this way we as women just gave up and are letting men get away with substandard and half ass romance. Because we have been told for so long that it's not real it's only in movies that we stopped believing. But men tell us this so they don't have to try anymore well guess what ladies we are the only ones to blame I say no more. If men want us they are going to have to up there game. No more making it easy for them. Chivalry is only dead if we don't give it CPR. If anything Twilight should teach us not to settle for the emotionally unavailable cheating A$$holes. Lets make them work for the love of a good women not feel that they are in titled to it like it's a birth right And for you ladies that think it's OK to act like said boys look in the mirror and ask yourself would I want to date me? I think not.....so  in my theory twilight teaches that we shouldn't settle for less when we are worth so much more.......

Neuro Nuts

 Since my mom had her mini stroke 2 years ago she has become the absent minded professor. Which is not a bad thing considering the other alternatives of a stroke. But none the less it has been getting a little worse so I went with her to see a Neurologist. OK queue the Dr. "OK I see your having some problems with your memory let me give you some test". OK can you walk to the end of the hall and back........mm mm OK run your your left foot up your right shin......Alright I have to admit I'm thinking WTF does this have to do with her memory she walked in here so she didn't forget how to do that but hey he's the one with the diploma. So he sends her to have another test done and I also go with her this time too and I'm not aloud back there but when she's done I ask her how did it go and she says great I did better then the nurse who tested me. At this point I'm like what tests did they give you she says puzzles and she read me a story and asked me to tell her what the story was about right after. Now queue me "Are you serious who can't tell someone what the story was about right after you get done hearing it they should have told you the story had you do something else then ask what it was about." Who makes up these tests.....I mean the women god love her starts working on the computer 5 minutes later she's out watering the plants and can't remember what she was doing on the computer but having her walk up and down a hall is totally gonna tell you what the problem is what a total crock of sh@&! then I thought OMG! if you did better then the nurse I don't want her doing any work on me if I go to the hospital. So I am at a loss for words and still no closer to an answer of why this is happening to my mom but I do know I now think neurologist are a bunch of nuts!

Movie Etiquette

I was so excited to finally get to see Twilight part 1 in the movie theater. I mean i was geeking out to the highest power. I usually only get to see them when they finally come out on DVD. But now I remember why I wait.......Do people even care about others anymore I mean good god I had a 10 year old behind me translating the whole movie to her mom in Spanish loudly I must add. Then someone brought there toddler and let him/her run up and down the isle steps squealing through the whole thing. I am not making this up I couldn't this is to far out of my realm of rudeness. I was getting so mad that I was about to start a fight with said 10 year old because I couldn't hear a word the movie was saying I wish I understood Spanish so maybe I could have followed along. But I just turned around and shushed them but it didn't stop them people are just so rude these days I would never bring my baby to a movie theater and my kids were trained at an early age no talking in the movie.. I just thought that was a common rule taught to everyone but alas I am wrong again. So now I have to wait till it comes out on Friday to buy it so I can watch it again. Not that I wasn't going to buy it anyway but it's not everyday I get to got to the movies that's not rated PG. So I walked out of the theater two hours later deflated and melancholy with a dash of annoyance. What did I learn from my experience save the $12.00 and put it towards the DVD.....
